We specialize in providing high-quality meat products as well as other consumables to businesses and governments, and we are looking for driven, entrepreneurial Procurement Consultants to help us grow our local client base.
This role is commission-based, offering flexibility and unlimited earning potential for highly motivated individuals.
Role Overview:
As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing new local clients for Ovara Capital’s meat products. Your focus will be on business development, client acquisition, and relationship management to drive recurring sales and long-term partnerships.
This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals with strong sales skills and a passion for networking and deal-making.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Client Acquisition & Sales Development
Identify and source new local clients to purchase Ovara Capital’s meat products.
Research and develop new sales channels to expand the company’s market reach.
Actively generate leads, pitch products, and close deals.
✅ Relationship Management & Growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to encourage repeat orders.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
Provide insights on market trends and customer needs to enhance sales strategy.
✅ Sales Execution & Performance
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and client engagement.
Work independently to strategically grow your portfolio of customers.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience: Proven success in sales, business development, or client acquisition. Experience in the meat, food, or procurement industry is a plus.
✔ Negotiation & Communication: Strong ability to negotiate deals and communicate effectively with clients.
✔ Self-Motivation & Drive: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and close deals without daily supervision.
✔ Goal-Oriented: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
✔ Flexibility: Manage your own time and work on a commission-based structure with unlimited earning potential.
Compensation & Benefits:
💰 Commission-Based Earnings – Earn 10% of every sale made through your efforts.
🔄 Recurring Commission – Retain 10% of each recurring order from clients you bring in.
📈 Unlimited Earning Potential – No commission cap. The more you sell, the more you earn.
